Anyone have any ideas as to what might become of the financial future of the Philippines?|||1 Philippine peso = 0.0215 US dollars
It should be some time before the dollar ceases to exist. It is a reserve currency for many countries that are a lot more important both economically and politically than the Philippines.
For the mid-term I would hasten a guess that the Philippine Peso will appreciate along with other merging market currencies vs the USD.
