Where can i exchange yen to usd without id?

Ok so I came back form japan a couple weeks ago and still have about 4k yen and i want to exchange for usd. My dad keeps saying he will bring me like every day but he doesnt. One bank told me I need an Id but I dont have one. What can I use as an Id or where can i exchange it?|||In the black market. Or ask any Japanese friends near you.I also keep my Yen.It get stronger everyday.It is my safe heaven for me better than gold.
