How to recover payment from a UK based LTD company ,they did not clear payment of 675 USD, How to sue them?

We provided online data entry services to a UK based LTD company ,they have not cleared payment of 675 USD ,what can be done now ,





What are the legal steps we can take to recover the money.|||If you payed with Credict card then your credit card issuing bank can recall the payment afaik|||If you are in the States there may not be a great deal you can do.


We in the UK are always being told about buying from the States as if there are problems its very difficult to deal with company's so far away.

However, I am not sure if an overseas company can do this. I think you need a solicitor who is based in the same area as your client to deal with this for you.
