What is a good country for seniors health care with favorable USD exchange rate.?

Looking for a peaceful country with low cost dental and health care of high quality, good exchange rate with the USD, not cold climate and nice beaches, yet having a cosmopolitan city, with rent subsidy for low income seniors or low cost rents, and where there are some English speakers. New Zealand does not want older people, South Africa is not calm, Canada is too cold. Buenos Aires is appealing but rents are not low. Europe is out due to currency exchange rate. Does anyone know about Bermuda, Gibraltar, Cyprus, Uruguay?|||The best bet on all count is India. Excellent healthcare at economical rates. excellent hospitality with low rents. lot of English speakers.very favorable exchange rates. Kerala in the south of India is a good destination if you can tolerate the warmth. good beaches..|||Cuba, if you are in america.

go to a land which is poor or has a good social regime. there healthcare is cheap.

Bermuda- is UKs colony. it isnt cheap.

Cyprus- near israel, wouldnt say it is cheap.

Gibralter straits? ?!?! is that a country?

Uruguay,- probably yeah.. check their reputation for healthcare.

some have good dentist, some dont..careful|||So, are you looking for a beach doctor? Ha ha. No, I can see your point. I know about Britons going to Hungary, Poland, Czech and Slovak Republic for example. Pretty hot in summer and pretty cold in winter. The health care is cheaper and definitely better than in UK! There are already venues for foreigners living in those countries which are then more expansive than average public health care but still cheaper than what you've got.

Check this out. It is urgent.

Federal Health Bill Calls For Billions in Orwellian Psych Programs and Treatments

Information: As the entire country is aware, there is currently an effort in Congress to pass a massive “Health Care Reform” bill. In fact, Congressional leadership is doing everything in its power to pass this $1 trillion plus bill.

There are two versions of the bill — one in the House (H.R. 3200) and one in the Senate (there is no number for the Senate bill at this point, but it is titled the Affordable Health Choices Act).

Both bills forward massive increases in government funding of mental health programs that turn America into a full blown therapeutic state...
