If i have 100k USD, know English and have family with two little kids what is the best place to immigrate?

I considered business immigration to UK, US and Canada but those are too expensive for me, the business immigration there requires to have 400K USD to invest in cash or more. Any other good developed countries with easier rules?|||Belize is another good place to retire in; not only is it cheap to live there鈥搚ou can do so quite comfortably for as little as $1,000 per month鈥搕he climate is wonderful and the environment relaxing.
