Have about 100 USD on hand to save for emergencies, food, etc on the way there and 100 for the same things on the way home that you keep in a safe place, but otherwise take euros out of the ATM.|||use your debit card. Go to any ATM and take money out. It's the best way to do things. Hopefully you have a good bank and they offer cheaper rates than any random place. But, you have to be able to take large amounts out. Its cheaper and better. The more you use your ATM, the more fees they charge. It also saves you time. Good luck and enjoy your time abroad!
