What is best payment method to make payments in USD?

I am living in UK and I wanted to make a payment abroad which is in USD. Can anyone help me the best payment method where I will have to pay less commission charges? What is advisable? TT, western union, Paypal?? I dont know what??





Thanks.|||The best option would be a credit card payment because you could make it online or over the phone and would probably be covered by cardholder insurance in case of any problems with the sale (depending on your card provider, of course). If you can't use a credit card Paypal would probably be the best second option as you will have full documentary evidence of the transaction, again, in case anything goes wrong.|||A credit card would be the best option.
