What is the best computer to get for Second Life on a 900 USD budget.?

I'm planning to buy a computer and I need help choosing one. But, i'm on a 900 USD budget and basically i need it exclisivly for second life.|||just about anything on the market...I have 3 gigs of ram, and i rarely crash. So get at least that much. ;-)|||Get the cheapest computer you can.

Pretty much anything you buy these days will run it just fine.

"System requirements Broadband Internet access

256 MB RAM (Win, Linux)

512 MB RAM (Mac)

50 MB HD space (1000 MB for Disk Cache)

800 MHz x86 CPU or better (Win, Linux)

1 GHz G4 or better/Intel Core Processor (Mac)

nVidia GeForce 2, GeForce4 MX or better

ATI Radeon 8500, Radeon 9250 or better"

You would STRUGGLE to find a new computer that doesn't meet those specs.|||Probably your best bet is a custom made one, self built or built by someone you know knowledgeable with computers. Building a new computer out of parts and installing an OS is pretty basic for any kind of computer enthusiast.

For 900 bucks, you could get a pretty good machine from say new-egg, if you got the parts.|||Pretty much any laptop will work. Second life is not very intensive on hardware so you could go to Best Buy, Fry's Wal-Mart or wherever and get just about anything.|||You can get more information for your computer maintenance here http://www.tips.110mb.com
